One of my pet peeves is a rude receptionist. There's nothing worse than calling a business and getting greeted, not even, by a rude voice on the other end. I mean is it really so difficult to be nice for a few minutes? It throws the whole conversation off and makes me mad with the company. It's even worse when they're stupid and can't help you with any of your questions. Getting brutal service through the phone is bad but it bugs me even more when I'm face to face with the receptionist and usually a she is a total crab...it really gets my blood boiling like get a new job if you don't like being civil to people..duh.

HAHAHA Katie that clip was hilarious. Honestly though, I couldn't agree more. My doctors office receptionist is a real b*tch. Pardon my language. Whenever I have to make an appointment and she will ask what it's "regarding". I always feel ashamed at the end of the conversation on what it’s about. First, it's not any of her business to begin with. Second, don't be a cow.
